Leukemia Home > Elitek Drug Interactions

Elitek® (rasburicase) does not have any known drug interactions. There have been no drug interaction studies on Elitek completed in humans. However, based on the studies that have been done, including laboratory studies, Elitek is not expected to react with other medicines when used at the recommended dosage.
However, you should always tell your healthcare provider about all medications you are taking, including prescription drugs, nonprescription drugs, and vitamins or supplements. Even though there are no Elitek interactions known at this time, it is important to understand that Elitek has not been tested with all other medications. Therefore, there may be drug interactions with Elitek that may be discovered in the future.
