What If I Overdose on This Drug?

An overdose with this medication can cause serious and life-threatening symptoms. Seek immediate medical attention if you may have been given too much busulfan.

Storage Information

Busulfan should be stored at room temperature and in its original bottle. If busulfan is made into a suspension, it is normally stored in the refrigerator. Keep this and all other medicines out of the reach of children.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose of Busulfan?

If you miss your busulfan dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is almost time for your next dose. In this case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose.
 

Is There a Generic Version?

This medication is not available in generic form (see Generic Myleran).

Busulfan is manufactured by Excella GmbH for Aspen Global Incorporated and distributed by Prasco Laboratories.
